This Privacy Policy explains how Sunbridge Automations LLC (“Sunbridge,” “we,” “us”), based in Haines City, Florida, collects, uses and shares information when you visit sunbridgeautomations.com (the “Site”), contact us, or receive text messages from us. 1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, type of business, city, preferred language, plan of interest, your message, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time) in server logs for security and reliability.
Cookies. The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.

2. How we use information

To respond to your request, schedule a demo and talk with you about our services.
To provide, maintain and support services for our clients.
To send messages you asked for or agreed to receive, including text messages (see Section 3).
To keep the Site and our services secure, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information

Consent. We send text messages only to people who have contacted us, given us their number for that purpose, or opted in, for example by checking the optional SMS box on our contact form. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.
What we send. Messages about your inquiry, demo scheduling, and customer service. Message frequency varies.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email torrestransportone@gmail.com. After you opt out, we may send one message confirming the opt-out.
No sharing of mobile information for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that help us provide our services, such as messaging and customer-service providers. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Information we process for our clients

Our clients are businesses (for example, restaurants, salons, auto shops and contractors). When we run automations for a client, we process information about that client’s customers, such as names, phone numbers, messages and appointment details, on the client’s behalf and only to provide our services to that client. We do not sell this information or use it for our own marketing. Clients are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to contact their customers. If you are a customer of one of our clients, you can also contact that business directly about your information, or reply STOP to any text message.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

With service providers that help us operate the Site and our services, such as website hosting, form processing, email, telephone, text messaging, scheduling and AI service providers, who may use it only to provide services to us;
When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Sunbridge, our clients or others;
In connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business, subject to this policy; or
With your permission.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal, tax or accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes, and then delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing torrestransportone@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

9. Children

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Links to other sites

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when it last changed.
